Privacy Policy

This policy explains what ReferralHub, a product of Talstor Technologies, collects and why.

What we collect

Account details (name, email, password, stored securely by our authentication provider); the business, partner and referral information you and your partners enter; and basic technical logs needed to run and secure the service.

How we use it

Only to provide ReferralHub: showing each business its referrals, partners and commissions, and showing each partner their own referrals and payouts. We don't sell personal data.

Who can see what

Each business sees only its own data. Referral partners see only their own referrals, the shared steps of their checklists, and their own commissions and payouts.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, kept separate per business at the database level, and changes are recorded in an audit log.

Your choices

You can ask us to export or delete your data. Contact legal@talstor.com.
